Emma became part of the Woodlands team shortly after its opening in 2019. Progressing from Nursery Nurse to Deputy Manager, she consistently provides outstanding support to both staff and families. Renowned for her organisational skills, Emma confidently takes the lead in curriculum planning and implementation.
Emma also serves as Parent Partnership Leader and Physical Activity and Nutrition Coordinator. She is dedicated to fostering positive relationships with families and ensuring a healthy, active environment for all children.
Outside of her professional role, Emma’s enjoyment of drama programmes and thrilling novels not only offers her relaxation at home but also inspires her creativity and storytelling in the preschool setting. Her passion for exploring new cuisines and dining out with her husband reflects her appreciation for new experiences—an openness she brings into her work, encouraging children to try new activities and embrace curiosity. The balance Emma maintains between her personal interests and professional commitments enriches her approach at Woodlands, allowing her to infuse daily routines with fresh ideas and enthusiasm drawn from her life beyond the classroom.
