With over 20 years of experience in the childcare sector, Nikki has worked across a variety of settings, including positions as a nanny, mother’s help, nursery practitioner, and currently as manager of Woodlands preschool. She is a fully qualified practitioner with Paediatric First Aid training and serves as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) responsible for safeguarding and child protection at Woodlands. Nikki is committed to ongoing professional development, regularly attending courses to ensure that the preschool adheres to the highest standards.
Both of Nikki’s children attended Woodlands Preschool and are now thriving in primary school, which demonstrates the dedication of the team in preparing children for their next stage of education.
Her commitment remains to provide accessible, high-quality childcare that is nurturing and enriching for every child in the community. She believes that every family should have confidence in the safety and supportiveness of their childcare environment, where learning and development are fostered daily.
