Holding an NVQ Level 3 qualification and being a fully qualified SENCo, Sim is passionate about supporting children of all abilities to grow, thrive, and explore the world—particularly through outdoor learning and nature-based play.
As a parent to two children, including a daughter who is autistic, Sim brings personal understanding and a deep commitment to supporting children with special educational needs and their families. Known for a nurturing and approachable manner, Sim works hard to create a fun, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
Beyond work, Sim leads a busy life. An animal lover, Sim shares a home with a cat, two frogs, and an axolotl. Free time is often spent with family, attending musicals with their daughter, cheering on Watford FC, and staying active at the gym or training for the next HYROX or marathon.
