Tracy is a highly valued member of the Woodlands Preschool, Warners End team, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a longstanding career in care homes prior to joining early years education. Over the past 2 years, she has become an integral part of our setting, recognised for her enthusiasm, dedication, and the joyful energy she brings to each day.
As the Events and Holiday Celebration Coordinator, Tracy ensures that every occasion is thoughtfully planned and memorable for all the children. Her commitment to creating a vibrant and engaging environment is evident in her interactions and her approach to supporting the preschool’s ethos.
Tracy is also a devoted parent to three children and enjoys spending time with her two much-loved Dachshunds, often taking them on family holidays to the beach. Her caring nature and extensive background in care enrich the nurturing atmosphere at Woodlands, making her a cherished presence among both children and staff.
